Grapes are antioxidant.

Grapes contain a high content of anthocyanins, which have antioxidant effects.

The proanthocyanidins and resveratrol contained in grapes are powerful
antioxidants that fight aging and scavenge free radicals from the body.

Grapes should be eaten with the skin and seeds as much as possible, because many of the nutrients of grapes are found in the skin and seeds.

The anthocyanin glycosaccharides in grape seeds have antioxidant capacity 20 times that of vitamin C and 50 times that of vitamin E.

Red wine made from grapes is fermented and its antioxidant capacity is enhanced. Therefore, while eating grapes, drinking some red wine in moderation can achieve the purpose of antioxidants.
