How can I pay for my order?
We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or paypal . We may also accept additional payment methods depending on which country you are shopping from. Any available payment methods will be displayed on our checkout page.

Where do I enter my discount code?
During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the magic happen. Remember , only one discount code can be used per order!
Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping time is another 1-3 business days. So in total, you should have your item with you within 2-5 business days (if you´re located in the Malaysia).
However, delivery can take longer as we work with external logistics partners. We kindly ask for your understanding.
How much does shipping cost?

Orders over RM200: We’ll cover the shipping — you’re welcome!
Orders under RM200: Flat shipping fee of RM10

Do you ship on weekends or bank holidays?
All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and official bank holidays.
My order shows up as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
In rare cases, your package might show as “Delivered” even though you haven’t received it yet.
This could happen if the package was pre-marked as completed, or your carrier may have placed it in a hidden or secure spot to prevent damage or theft.
Please check around your front door, mailbox, or any safe drop-off areas, and kindly check with your family members or neighbors as well.
If you still can’t locate your order, feel free to reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help you track down the missing package.
Sacha Inchi
Are your softgel vegan?
Yes, our oil is 100% vegan, and even the softgel shell is made from plant-based ingredients.
What is the recommended daily dosage for your softgel?
For capsule form: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening is sufficient.
For oil form: Start with half a teaspoon daily and adjust as needed.
Can your softgel be stored in the refrigerator?
Yes, our softgel can be refrigerated. The oil inside will not solidify in cold temperatures.
Is it good to take sacha inchi oil before bed? When is the best time?
Sacha inchi oil is safe for daily use and has no strict timing. For better absorption, it’s recommended to take it before meals. However, it can also be taken before bed if preferred.
How should I consume sacha inchi oil?
Due to its low smoke point, sacha inchi oil is best taken directly or added to cold dishes or boiled vegetables. Avoid high-heat cooking. Capsules can be taken with warm or room-temperature water.
Can pregnant women take sacha inchi oil?
Yes, it’s a natural plant-based oil. Pregnant women may start in the second trimester, but should avoid excessive intake. Those with nut allergies should consult a doctor before use.
Can children take your softgel?
Yes, children can take our softgel. For those under 7 years old, we suggest cutting open the softgel and consuming only the oil inside.
